what a wonderful woman cathy is she lets her 2 favorite boys linn and darrel drink on the job but not the guy with an accountant for a wife beware people customers and futre employees this woman and here son in law would just as soon rob and cheat you than look at you but then again she claims to be a christian so that makes everything alright once again if thats a christian i would just soon burn in hell more

Willing to sell, unwilling to service 3/19/2011

When I pay $5K for a wooden play-set I expect stellar service! I was wooed by Statuary world with life time warranties and $100 assembly/moving prices. That was only 1/4 true. I have had two run-ins with Statuary world since I purchased my play-set. The first was replacement of a broken board. Again, for $5K I would think Rainbow would want their customers well taken- care-of but the part took weeks to get and I was told I had to come to the store to pick the part up and put it on myself. Statuary world never even told me the part arrived! I had to call and follow-up myself! Nice. Second run-in is on-going. I was told the Rainbow charged $100 to move a play-set in a customer moved in-town. No. The owner told me I was wrong, made no apologies for the misinformation and then tried to up-sell me by offering to stain it for an extra $300! If I need anything like a bird bath or a statue, I'll go to the 100 other stores that offer the exact same thing but will provide good service after the sale. more

WOW 6/25/2006

A great place to go if your not quite sure what your looking for .\r I went knowing i wanted some kind of a fountain but really had no set idea of what look i was going for .\r When i arrived i knew this was the place i would find it , they had dozens to choose from ,the hardest thing was picking only one !\r \r The staff was helpful in explaining the requirements and showing me other items that would work well .\r I have such a wish list of items from this place , i will need 3 yards to hold all that i want !\r My only drawback is that it is so far away , i wish they would open a south side location ! more
