Staten Island Children's Museum 9/25/2006

This place is good for children 2-10. Any child over that may find it a bit boring. They have cute sections that deal with anything from Rain forest Conservation to being a Vet. They have one section where they have things that are 'bigger than life' (Ex: giant domino's, life sized chess board, bowling). This is an interesting section, but EVERY time I come here there is some 'parent' that thinks the place is their free baby sitting service. They drop the kids in one section, leave and come back later for them - hence - you have children bulldozing other children and the 'staff' does nothing to find these parents when their 'darlings' get rambunctious. Overall it is a very clean, bright and busy place that can spark your child's imagination. It's a great place to go on a rainy day. more

Museum for kids 8/21/2005

Staten Island Children's museum is one place you have to go if you have children. They have hands on exhibits and exhibits that are interactive. Kids can play and learn at the same time. Kids can play in exhibits, do art and crafts and more. The admission price is very cheap. I definitely recommend. more
