Helpful staff and agent 3/29/2010

This is a fairly small office but is run with efficiency. I've been able to get answers every time I've called, and even when I can't get through immediately, calls are returned usually within same business day. My rare in-office stops are also handled quickly. I've had a good experience having my renter's and auto policies here. more

They mislead you to buy more dwelling coverage. Even you eligible to some discount, they do not give you that. Not recommend to buy insurance from there. Cons: Mislead you to buy more coverage and do not apply discount more
