State Certified are very easy to deal with.I handle REO properties and use them for repairs and remodeling on all my properties.Mold, bathrooms, kitchens, tile, roofing, painting....

I am MDudzinski. This guy is a con. He losses all your money at the casino as he has for the many clients my attorney Richard Hussey represents against him. He started my kitchen in 2009 and never finished. The design doesnt even have drawers in the cabinets like his drawings depicted. I can be reached at 908 482 4220 if you want to check this guy out before hiring him. Also, just search Tri County Contractors, IGK design Group, and Green Leaf. These are all companies he used as shells since 2009. Good luck if you already hired him. more

i have my kitchen remodeled by sal and state certified 5/15/2012

sal asked me to write an honest review of my experience with his company because he said an old worker is giving him a hard time on here i have a 3/2 home in weston and hired sal and his crew last year to gut the kitchen and install new cabinets, countertop, appliances and lighting. there were a few snags during regarding the permits, but there was always someone there to answer the phone and take my questions. i appreciated the communication most. i dont know alot about construction but they did pass every inspection on the first time, so i think that says something. i have been enjoying my new kitchen for almost a year and am happy to share pictures and answer questions to anyone interested. lisa_bowman (at) rocketmail (dot) com more

Call Attorney Richard Hussey in Fort Lauderdale. He has a few cases against him already. The other negative reviews have all been taken down by the company. Please do not let this happen to you. Only ONE example of their scheme: www.ripoffreport (dot) com/kitchens/state-certified-cont/state-certified-contractors-it-08265.htm Google ripoff, Gregory Itzick Kohn, IGK Design Group, Gold Leaf Contracting, Tricounty contracting, and now this. All of the reviews below are fabricated. They are in identical format. I know of at least 5 pending cases against these guys. Beware! more

VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL 3/6/2012

had my condo tiled and painted and some electric work all of the crews that came by were very polite and courteous to my property and family. alwasy please and thank you more important, wiped their feet! i am very happy with the quality. there was one or two issues, but they came back immediately to correct. end result... very satisfied i will recommend them. more

first time hiring a contractor in south florida im originally from oregon have heard scary stories about south florida, but i was lucky enough to find this company. was a very painless process permits are more difficult down here anyway, state certified contractors closed in my carport to turn it into a bedroom and bathroom. came out to about $15k. everything works and looks great i have already recommended them to a few people. a co-worker is getting a bathroom done, and so far she is very happy too. i will post back how things go for her, or will help her post her results on here too. -cin more

Good contractor in Fort Lauderdale 9/19/2011

My experience with State Certified Contractors was very pleasant. The permitting process took longer than i originally anticipated, but once we passed that hurdle.. things really began taking shape. I had two old bathrooms and out-dated kitchen completely demolished down tot he bare walls. They did all of the plumbing and electrical work.. then installed the new wall boards. I had two beautiful custom vanities built and a very modern looking kitchen built. State Certified has a woodworking shop where they build everything custom from scratch. All the counter-tops are in granite. The floors with new porcelain. I did not realize how involved this project would be, but it was worth the wait. Ill try and upload pictures if i can figure it out. more
