Stassi's Italian Grill

WE ORDERED PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE HOPING TO HAVE A GREAT MEAL BUT INSTEAD RECEIVED HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONG WITH HORRIBLE PIZZA. FIRST OF ALL, THE OWNER WHOM WORKS AT THE REGISTER USUALLY IS ALWAYS RUDE; NEVER SMILES OR THANKS YOU UPON PICKING UP YOUR PIZZA. FURTHERMORE, THE PIZZA HAD TONS OF BUBBLES, HARDLY ANY SAUCE OR CHEESE ON IT. \r I CALLED IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKLING TWO BITES, 20 MINUTES AFTER PICKING IT UP AT THE RESTAURANT, AND THEY WANTED TO LEAVE MY DINNER TABLE, TAKE THE FOOD AWAY FROM MY FAMILY, DRIVE BACK TO THE REASTURANT AND BRING BACK THE PIZZA AND THEN THEY WOULD GIVE ME A NEW ONE. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER THE NEXT DAY AND SHE WAS RUDE AND NON APPOLOGETIC. SHE SAID SHE COULD MAKE US A NEW ONE BUT SHY WOULD WE WANT IT BECASUE ITS GOING TO MADE THE SAME WAY. FURTHERMORE SHE TOLD ME I MUST NOT KNOW WHAT A GOOD NEW YORK PIZZA TASTE LIKE. ALSO SHE MADE IT COUND LIKE I WAS CHEAP FOR NOT ORDERING EXTRA SUACE AND CHEESE. (WE DID NOT WANT EXTRA, JUST WANTED TO ATLEAST TASTE IT)\r I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, MOST OF ALL FOR THE ALWAYS RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!!!!! more

My first visit ti Stassi's, and my last!\r The owners were so rude and snobby, I refuse to sit and have dinner with my family!!!!!!!!!\r Never got the chance to eat the food, maybe it was a blessing!!!!!!!!!! more

Stassi's serves all the Italian goodies: pizza, calzones, strombolis and classic Italian dishes. Their pizza & strombolis are my all-time favorites which I get regularly. The thin crust pizza blows away all the 'chain' pizza places with fresh ingredients and great dough. I also love the eggplant! Really, you can't go wrong with any of the great dishes here especially considering their generous portions. You will never leave hungry! The atmosphere is very comfortable and the staff makes for a friendly environment. The place is family run and the owners can be seen there regularly. Overall a clean and friendly Italian restaurant. I love Stassi's!! more

This pizza joint is EXCELLENT! I've yet to have a bad pizza, all thin crust and super good! Even the small pizzas are a good size (I've split one with my 4 yr old.) The stuffed mushrooms are amazing and their house dressing is good too. Great prices for the amount you get. Great fried ravioli, although you only get 3 large ones as an appetizer, but they're excellent. The stuffed mushrooms are to die for as well! Great service! I order takeout from here at least monthly! Pros: The pizza is thin crust and it's super yummy! Great prices more

the pizza used to be good , now its horrible , the cheese is different and the service was bad! crust was burnt on bottom and the dough was not proofed right! wont be back ! what happened to a nice place ? more
