I've been bringing my E320A to Star Tech for three years. Sandor and Maria are not only true professionals, they treat you like you want to be treated: honestly, timely and respectfully. I've used many dealerships and other specialty repair operations and Star Tech is the best. Sandor has a passion for quality and understands the owner and the car...there were times he told me NOT to fix something as it wouldn't be worth it.....that's a professional. I could not be happier with the service I received at Startech Mercedes recently. I had just purchased a used E300D and found that it wouldn't start one morning. I had it towed to Star Tech and I was extremely impressed with both the auto service and the customer service I received. The shop is truly impressive - clean, orderly, well-run and quiet - just like you'd expect from a top-end Mercedes shop. The communication from the staff was the best I have ever experienced from any repair shop anywhere. Hands down, Star Tech is the ONLY place to take your mercedes for repair. This is the 2nd time, I have used Star Tech Mercedes as my trouble shooter and mechanic. Lets just start by saying, Sandor and his entire staff goes beyond reproach. I have never experienced this kind of customer service, and I can assure you from this point on, Star Tech will be the Exclusive servicers of my 1974 Mercedes Benz 450SE. I have taken my Benz into 7 repair shops for the basics, and the other cannot compare to the knowledge that Sandor and his fine team provides. I recommend NO others for repair, especially vintage and collectiable mercedes. These guys know their stuff Sandor, Maria, & Danny, I am humbled, and grateful. Thank YOU again. I moved back to Denver from DC in 2009, thinking it was going to be very hard to find a reasonable repair shop of my 1987 190 E Mercedes. I met a gentleman in the parking lot of Walmart and asked him who serviced is Mercedes, and he told me this shop over on Sante Fe. more

Great customer service, I was in and out knew what was wrong and how much it cost to fix it. I have been searching for a good Mercedes Mechanic for over a year and I think I found them. Sandor and his team done impressive job to put engine to my Mercedes Benz. I was also been quote surprise a personal attention he provided to me as his new customer. He done tremendous job not only providing proper details on job estimation and communication but also sticks with time and exceptional quality. I have taken this car back to Seattle after he finished job and have no problems driving my vehicle through 1,450 miles trip away from Denver.
