I called Star Cab - also known as Short Pump Cab, and was told the wait would be 25 mins. 45mins later they finally showed up. Then on the way home they said 10 mins, and an hour later I was taking a cab home from another company because they kept me waiting so long. I don't believe that the cab companies all have such good ratings in Richmond. They obviously have no regard for their customers.
