Our experience at Star Buick GMC was very good. Doug was knowledgeable, attentive and very service-oriented. He spent almost 6 hours with us and never once looked at his watch or made us feel that we were monopolizing his time. We actually had decided on buying a 2011 Buick Regal prior to coming over to the dealership, but we really liked the GMC Yukon and we ended up changing our minds. Doug worked with us to find as many rebates as possible to help us afford the car and he was very patient throughout this process. So far our experience with Star Buick GMC has been very good. more

We gave the ratings we did because we were looking for a GMC Acadia for over 1 month and had no luck. When we walked into Star you could see they really wanted to take the time and work with you so you left buying the car that you really wanted. We will recommend to family and friends and we will come back as well. So thank you again STAR!!! more

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and unexpectedly needed work for a recall notice. Doug said it would be an additional hour for the work, making my total wait time 2 hours. My time was extremely limited that day and I began to fret about the 1,000 other places I needed to be...meetings, post office, feeding my kids, etc. Doug asked Joe to put mechanic Chris on my vehicle and had my car done within one hour! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the extra efforts Star went through for my benefit. Thank you for the usual job well done!! more

I went only to look at a new LaCrosse 5/29/2012

I went only to look at a new LaCrosse and ended up buying one! Joe was a very courteous and friendly salesman and he has a great sense of humor. Everyone that worked with us was pleasant, helpful, and NOT pushy! Joe was very helpful and answered every question I had. I am very comfortable and happy with my car. My husband and I would highly recommend your dealership and your personnel. It was a pleasant experience. more

My wife and I were about to give up on purchasing a newer SUV that would fit in our budget after dealing with the swindlers over at Brown Daub Kia in Easton until we came to Star dealership. We were warmly greeted by Jeff with his honest and completely considerate approach to our financial needs. He worked to get us an SUV that surpassed our previous wants in a vehicle, as well as satisfying our budget. We will recommend all of our friends and family to this employee as well as this particular Star location in Easton. more

Ride of my life 12/23/2011

Soo i was in the market for a new GMC sierra, and one of my friends referred me to STAR Buick and Gmc. I must say this friend may very well be the best man at my wedding!! I had an awesome experience here from the moment i got there i was treated like a respected customer. I was offered water and coffee, and they even offered to grab some of there vehicles from the other locations and drive them down to easton just so i can take a look, The price was right and so was the vehicle. I would say this trip was a success more

Soo i was in the market for a new GMC sierra, and one of my friends referred me to STAR Buick and Gmc. I must say this friend may very well be the best man at my wedding!! I found what I was looking for 12/2/2009

I found a 3 year old truck (2500) with only 6,000 miles on it. The truck looked and smelled like new. They provided me with some history on the truck and showed me their shop report. They also allowed me to have my mechanic look at it, I was a little worried that the truck was too good to be true with such low mileage. Pros: great truck selection, honest people more
