I have been renting an apartment from Stan Elliot Real Estate for 2 years now. They are pretty good landlords, with capable managers that solve your problems as soon as possible. The only downside is the initial condition of their properties: old houses, with mold, and ceiling heating that eats a lot of money during the winter!
