StageCoach Theatre Arts School

We have sent our daughter to several theatre Arts programs and none compare to StageCoach! The atmosphere encourages each child to reach their fullest potential without feeling intimidated, competitive or self-conscious. Our daughter is now comfortable performing in front of people and that self confidence has transferred into her personal life as well. She looks forward to learning all 3 disiplines (dancing, music and acting) every Saturday morning, and is proud to list Stagecoach as her main theatre arts training. As an added bonus, she has made wonderful new friendships with kids that share her passion. more

My 5-year-old daughter loves waking up on Saturday mornings so she can dance, sing and act in her Stagecoach class. She has lots of fun with all the age-appropriate activities and is really looking forward to her first performance. Stagecoach is a refreshing environment as Meredith welcomes everyone (performers and parents) by our first names. I highly recommend Stagecoach Theatre Arts School to everyone, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned actor! more

My seven year old daughter attended Stagecoach this winter and really enjoyed it. Meredith and the rest of the staff create a fun and positive environment. The time is divided between music, dance and acting with an hour dedicated to each. The classes were well organized with a separate teacher for each. I would definitely send my daughter back to Stagecoach! more

The school has provided a wonderful, nurturing environment for my daughter. While she has never been one to shy away from the spotlight, I feel she has greatly benefitted from the instruction & I have noticed a marked improvement in her voice! more

Our daughter has always loved music and was great at mimicing people, but she was so shy and nervous that she never even wanted to leave the house. She has really blossomed at Stage Coach - she doesn't just listen to music anymore, now she sings and dances with it. She can no longer just tell a story, now she acts things out. And of course, she is an even more accurate and funnier mimic. As far as I know, they don't teach comedy at Stage Coach, but our quiet little daugher seems to be turning into a little Dana Carvey during her three terms at Stage Coach. Thank you to Meredith and all of the staff for supporting her, nurturing her, and bringing that great little girl out of her shell. more

My daughter absolutely refused to take any kind of a dance class. She would fly around the house singing and dancing but would not ever think of joining one of her many friends in a class. I had heard about StageCoach's low key approach and non competitive program. I asked my daughter to try it ONE DAY (of which Meredith Colby Stagecoach director was kind enough to let us do). My daughter not only stayed the whole morning but came home singing all the songs they sang st Stagecoach that day. She play acted, talked about the group she was in and the "older girls" that she got to watch. She loves her teachers and is having so much fun in her 2nd session there that she doesn't even know she is learning. She thinks she is performing and that she is sooooo good! What more could a mom ask for? Thanks to Meredith and staff for a great for my not so shy anymore daughter! more
