This was absolutely the worst place I have ever dealt with. The bed was delivered and the morning it was to be delivered they told us a piece was missing. They delivered all the parts to the bed, but couldn't put it together because that one missing piece was crucial. We were told that piece was being expedited so we should have it within a week. 2 weeks later - after no word from Stage Door - I called them and was told they will check on it. I was informed that it will arrive within 3-4 days and we will have it the following week. I was even told that they had a trackinng number. we set the delivery date for Thursday. Wed night we get a phone call - it arrived and was cracked. (We learned later on that it never even arrived.) After many phone calls and assurance from the owner, we were promised delivery on the following Friday - over one month after the initial delivery! Friday, the delivery came - and its the wrong piece!!! I told them to take the whole bed back - I was done with them! Such complete incompetence, it was unreal. And the owner had the nerve at the end to have an attitude with me!! Stay very far away from this company.....
