Poor service 1/11/2014

I agree customer svc has gone downhill except for dispatch. I called at 630 am with problem ans svc ins ware if they work today. Called back explained problem and hoping for delivery today. Called back at 740 reported just trying to reach driver 915 still no response. Wow I guess we could compare them to Fred fuller. Customer of 20 years with stafford but looking for new more

Always there when I need them 1/8/2014

Ran out of oil sometime Thursday night because I forgot to check my tank. Called Stafford Friday morning hoping to get a delivery and they showed up at my house in less than an hour and started my furnace. Thank you Tom the driver and Libby! more

Terrible 1/12/2013

Had used them 6 years too many. Was left in the cold for 3 days in 12 degree temperatures due to references they gave me that never showed. When I called again for something to be fixed they said it didn't need to be fixed it was working fine, although they told me the part was broken a week prior. Very bad service. more

Always there when I need them 11/8/2012

This company has done nothing but great things for me over the years. They're friendly, they respond quickly when I have no heat, they fix the problem right the first time, and their prices are usually among the lowest around. I have no idea why someone gave them a review with only 1 star. The person must just be upset with oil companies in general. I wish oil prices were lower but, since I heat my home with oil, I'm going to stick with this company since they're the best around. more

Terrible Company To Deal With 2/26/2012

Customer service is terrible. They will leave you out in the cold and treat their customers like crap. Please be advised and use another company!!!! more

Always great 9/22/2005

I did business with Stafford Oil for 12 years. They always delivered before I was empty and if I forgot to do a prebuy they would always let me sneak in late. There were times when I needed a service call in the dead of winter at 1 a.m. and someone came out ASAP and got me running again. They were fair with charges on service calls and always showed up when the said they would. more
