I would really think twice before renting here. The water pipes are bad. They fixed my shower because it was leaking into the apt. below, now the toilet doesn't work have the time. And my electric bill? Sky high, thanks to there being no insulation in the ceiling as I leive on the second floor. I signed a second year lease but that is only so that I can save enough to move into a better appartment complex. Cons: No insulation in 2nd floor appartments. Water pipes are bad. more
