The staff are professional and courteous. Dr. Martin is amazing and knowledgeable. She gave all options and kept her main focus on getting my beagle pain free!

My Rescue. 1/24/2015

Several years ago, my Dr advised me to get a therapy dog and after a long search I found Mariah, an 8 yr young Shelty who had lost her Mom. It was love at first sight and little did I know that I was the one being rescued. Mariah was full of unconditional love and became my constant companion. The doctors in the clinic were always there for my worried p calls at any hour. As the years passed Mariah began to show the toll that time takes on us all, always ready to go for a walk and help Mom get through the hardest days. Finally time came for that decision that all pet parent dread. The staff at St. Francis did their best to make making the right choice as easy as possible, but saying goodbye to one so full of love is never easy. I believe that Mariah would not have had as many comfortable years had it not been for the staff at St. Francis and I thank them for their kindness and understanding. I hope they let people cross the Rainbow bridge when the time comes for me to take that walk. more

Good Place 10/28/2012

I have two wolf malimute dogs and have been bringing them here for nearly sixteen years now, when an emergency situation presents itself and my vet is not available. I have always had prompt service, along with techs that were concerned about my dogs and cat. They have always been very informative, provided the medication that was needed, and put up and delt with, my over protective behavior when it comes to dealing with my animals. I have never felt that I was being over charged and taken advantage of finacially while in this vunerable position that as pet owners we have all found ourselves to be in at least once in our pets lifetime. Although I have a regular vet. that my animals see when time permits for an appt. I wouldn't hesitate, and haven't, to take any and all of my pets to this clinic, as I have never experienced bad service of any kind here. more

The most uncompassionate, unproffessional public facility i have ever dealt with. i will never take another animal to this place, and i urge anyone with any regard for their pet to do the same. more

Professional and friendly 7/25/2011

My dog was seen quickly and vet tech and the vet were professional and friendly. My dog, Lilly, responded well to both, even though she was not feeling well. her conditions and treatment was thoroughly explained. Some waiting afterwards and shifts were changing. more

Amazing 6/22/2011

Dr. Ridge and his staff are not only professional but so very compassionate. I have had to seek their help in three different occasions with two of my pets. Dr. Ridge saved my two month old Corgi from Parvo, then he was amazing when I had to say fare-well to my 11 year old Sheppard. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. I just wish that Dr. Ridge was available as our regular vet not just under extreme circumstances. more

Dr. was great with our dogs. Also gave us advise with our other dog at home which helped us. I cannot say how much I appreciate her. more
