Upscale provides wonderful personalized service, $1/day loaner cars while your car is in the shop, and they go above and beyond to try to make your car last, advising you on upcoming service needs and recommendations for service which while not necessary will prolong the life of the vehicle. Following their advice, I've gotten over 225,000 miles out of my last 2 cars. more
