nothing to brag about. normal cell phone experience. long waits, high prices. People just never look happy when waiting in there. They need a better system to keep customers busy while they wait. You can only play with the phones so much and unless you are buying something no one is willing to show you. I have been with all 4 providers and they are all the same. Only reason I stay with Sprint is because they are cheap. more

Cell phone 7/13/2005

I am very happy with the service and product. i travel often and love my cell phone, i get great reception everywhere i go. i got a great deal on my cell phone plan, it's a great price and great deal. The customer service is not very knowledgeable. I had to go into the office 4 times for a problem and then they said i needed to call customer care...took 3 calls to customer care to get my problem resolved. while the problem went on for 4 months and i shoulds been credited back 4 months worth of a certain fee, they could only give me 2 months worth. when my contract is up, i'll be shopping around...i've heard better things of other companies...ashame thier customer reps are ruining it the product and service. more
