You bought a service that you can't afford, failed already on the first payment, went into the store without knowing how much you wanted to pay on the overdue bill, and "little wifey" needed to ask your husband how much to pay.\r \r I'd say look at your financial situation, know the facts, act accordingly, and nobody will be in a position to "let you make a fool of yourself."\r \r As to the Sprint service - it is just fine. more

We have Sprint and at one point ran into a jam where we needed to make a payment for our first bill with them. I ran to the sprint store to make a payment on our bill before the service was cut off. I walked into the store and was not greeted by a single employee, which just and FYI there were 4 standing around talking behind the back counter about what the up coming weekend had instore for them. When someone did finally talk to me I asked about making a payment, and they asked for the account number or cell number, i gave them one of the above and then I was asked for the password. I gave them the password. He then asked me how much I wanted to pay on the account. I told him I needed to call my husband and double check with him the dollar amount he wanted to pay on the bill, I tried my phone to call him, and it did not work so he offered me a cell to use in the store.
