I went to this location to get a phone switched from Coorporate to personal liability. I showed 2 employees (one was the manager) an email I had with a phone #. They told me that I needed a note from my company to switch regardless of what the email said. I left the store and called it myself. They rep on the line said they would have faxed the letter to the store if they just would've called. Fortunately, the rep took care of the switch for me. Just goes to show the limited thought processes of modern customer service.
