We had our wedding at the club. Horriable customer service. When we first booked our reception we were dealing with a male, three months later I emailed him and did not get a response, I continued to email him for a week with no reponse when I finally called to find out he had left the company. I was not notifed to contact service rep, a phone call was to much to handle from them. I wish I could say this happened once but it happened serveral more times throughout the year. When our wedding day finally approached we were excited to use the grounds to take pictures, we even skipped pictures outside of the church to take advantage of time at the club. When we arrived we were told we were not allowed to use the grounds (even though it was stated to us the day before we would have access to them) and whas limited to the patio. When we did go on to the grounds we were yelled at by golfers during the entire photo expereince. The whole expereince was horriable and would not recommend this establishment for a reception. To much of a hastle to deal with!
