Springdale Kennels

First and only time I've boarded here, my dog came back sick after only 3 days here. Don't recommend. Pros: Inexpensive Cons: Poor service more

We have been boarding our cat Tuco at Springdale Kennels for the past few years. The staff is excellent. Caroline gives him hugs and kisses on a daily basis during his stay. We are very appreciative of the quality care they provide. Tuco is happy and not stressed out when we take him home. We highly recommend Springdale Kennels. more

I have taken my dogs here 3 times. The first time they got fleas (to be expected from being around so many dogs). $60 in ""Frontline"" cleared that up. The second time my dogs got Kennel Cough so bad it gave one of my dogs a respiratory infection. $330 vet bill. The third time my dogs got parasitic worms a $115 vet bill. Although I'm not very smart for taking them back here after all these problems. The staff assured me they didn't pick it up at their kennel. But I have vet bills that correspond with the kennel bills and somehow my dogs got ""magically"" ill hours after leaving Springdale Kennel. The staff offered no sympathy, apology, or compensation of any kind. I am VERY unhappy with the lack of responsibility of this organization. Springdale Kennels most obviously do not check their client's vet records... Nor do they care about the well-being of their clients and the diseases their clients bring home to their families. Please don't take your dogs here and support this horrible business. Pros: Your dogs will be exhausted Cons: b/c their deathly ill more

Have only used the kenneling service. We boarded our dogs here at least a couple of times a year. Easy to get availability during none peak season. Make arrangements during the holidays(Christmas) at least a couple of months in advance. I tried 1 month in advance but was unable to get reservations. The facilities are easy to get to. The front check in is small so it is handy to have another person if you have more than one dog. Grooming service is available. Open Mon - Sat., closed on Sundays. Prices are competitive for this type of service. more

If a good job matters to you, then do not bring it to springdale kennels. The prices may be cheap, but you get what you pat for. if you care what your pet looks like after being groomed great dont bring it to springdale? they suck? All I can say is i wish i never brought my dog there. more
