On May 27th 2009, when on my way to work I stopped by Spotts Liquor store to by myself a soda and two candy bars, when ready to pay I asked the guy over the counter, witch I believe to be the owner of the store, how much was it and he said it was going to be $3,00, than I handed him my debit card. To my surprise, after entering my password and completing the transaction, he handed me the payment slip and I realized he had charged me $4, 50. I immediately asked him why he was charging me this amount when he previously told me it was $3, 00, and he got back to me saying that there was a charge for payments with debit cards. I asked him to void the transaction, and told him that in this case I'd rather pay in cash. In response he rudely handed me back my $4, 50 and pull the merchandise away, saying that he was not going to sale to me anymore, because he had already lost money in the transaction.
Cons: Terrible costumer service. I?ll never again shop here again
