Ice Skating on Friday nights! 4/16/2006

Triangle Sports plex is the closest place to chapel hill for ice skating. public ice skating is only on weeknights 8-10pm, and fridays are college night so you can ice skate for only $5! If you think that's not enough time, trust me, 2 hrs is plenty to go in a circle. Also, sometimes they have college hockey games afterwards so stick around for those! more

SportsPlex Review 8/13/2005

I found this to be a convenient facility, not three miles from my house, with plenty of options for the whole family. Located within is an ice rink, workout area and pool. I find the comp. pool to be generally clean and tend to swim there at least once a week. My only peeve with the facility is that the bathrooms are rarely clean and I wouldn't dare use the shower room due to this lack of cleanliness. more
