I began massage therapy over a year ago to help alleviate neck/shoulder/back pain and stress. After the session I am extremely relaxed and am able to maintain a full night's sleep. more

Pressure and technique was extremely effective. Found all the points that needed work and it was helpful to know why trouble areas get tight, and what to do to fix them. Very enlightening and much needed session. Great job! more
