Terrible experience 1/30/2010

Food and drinks were average at best, but the service was abominable. When we arrived, the place was near empty, yet the hostess sat us at a cramped table with nowhere to put our stuff (we both had come from work and had bags). I asked if there was an available booth or larger table in the waitress' section, and the hostess rolled her eyes and sat us at another table the SAME size and walked away. Our waitress kept referring to us as 'kids' (we are 25) which was cute at first, but then a half an hour went by and she had yet to come over. We ordered our drinks at the bar instead, which by then was packed and a pain in the a**. We asked the hostess and another waitress where she was, and if she could please come by so we could get the check and leave. Still she did not come by, so we had another waitress get our check for us. Still no sign of her, so we left cash at the table. On our way out, she FINALLY came by the table and saw the small tip we left her, and as we are walking out runs up and starts yelling at me ""you could have asked someone to find me! I am a 46 year old woman! I have trouble with the computers!"" We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Never going again! Pros: Plenty of TV's Cons: Horrible service, bad food more

Awful 10/17/2009

This is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First of all it was for some strange reason filled with Yankees fans. The waitress we had was too busy trying to make sure she ended up going home with one of them by the end of the night to pay any attention to us. A beer was knocked over on out table which we had to clean up and the waitress even walked by and didn't even stop to help. We had asked for the bill but it never came. We were unable to ask for it again for about 20 minutes because the waitress was MIA. When she did finally show up she was again busy flirting with another table. I will never go back there again and suggest you don't even bother with this place. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Pros: Nachos Cons: Everything else more

Just Horrible 5/4/2009

Ordered the Coconut Shrimp yesterday and it came out black. Waitress finally came over and asked how everything was. I showed her the shrimp and she went to find the manager but came back and said she was bitchy so she didn't want to say anything to her. Didn't take the food off the bill or replace it. Very dissapointed and won't go back! Pros: Close to the Garden Cons: Service and Food more

Stay Away! 4/21/2009

ruddest staff I have ever experienced. Kicked out my party after grabbing our cash quick, also ripped off a ticket we had to the celtics game.\r \r Staff would not return the ticked until we got the police involved and made us pay a bill we already paid considering we paid cash. Stay away there are many better options on the same street Cons: rip off, bad service more

Lots of TVs and bad service and rude ownership 10/22/2006

You can watch any game you want but should you want to order a beer or an order of wings, the ownership is likely to think that you are way off base and ""treating my bar like a living room"". The waittress are seen rarely and it is not uncommon to hear patrons yelling them down because they feel so neglected. On top of that, there is a bar right now the street with better beer, WAY better service (I mean anything is better than zero) and plently of TVs too. I recommend going there: BOSTON BEER WORKS. They will actually treat you like they want your business. Pros: TV Cons: everything else more
