I have only taken my car to Sport Hill once, and the experience was not very good. My check engine light came on, but the car was driving fine, so I brought it in to see if anything was wrong and to get an oil change. When my husband called to check in later in the day, he found out that they had already "repaired" the car and had a $330 bill for us--without getting our permission to go ahead with any work. Turns out it was an O2 sensor, which is not a critical repair, so I have no idea why they didn't call first.\r

I gave Sport Hill a "satisfactory" rating because after I called them to express my displeasure, they took out the part and only charged me for the oil change ($30). All in all, I think that demonstrates a good customer service policy. \r

I would not necessarily dissuade anyone from taking their car to Sport Hill. I would just recommend that anyone taking their car there be very clear about asking for an estimate before any repairs are made.
