The customer service I received was exceptional. I trust the dealership and the people that work there. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the whole experience of buying my new Corolla. Thank you John Eagle Sport City Toyota. Positive experience 11/12/2010

I have to say, I read the reviews before going to this dealership, and I was surprised to recieve amazing service. Sure, the car-buying experience doesn't compare to the spa experience, but really what do you expect? I contacted the dealer online and got a price quote within minutes. Not long after that I was contacted by a guy named Steve who wanted to know more about what I was looking for. I told him that I wanted a lightly used 4Runner, and he said that it would not be hard to find that for me. We talked for a while, and he promised to have the perfect car waiting for me when I got there. Sure enough, He had a 2009 Silver 4Runner with 18,000 miles waiting for me when I got there. It's PERFECT! I love it! He gave me every bit of information I asked including a CarFax which I hadn't even asked for. I was out of that dealership in 3 hours, which let's face it, is wicked fast for a dealership. I would absolutely recomend this dealership to anyone! I promise I will be going there to service my vehicle when the time comes. more

My visit was Excellent. I was immediately greeted as I exited my vehicle and was shown to where I needed to go. The employees there treated me with respect and were extremely helpful. i was surprised as I was greeted with the same nice gesture when I made my way out of the dealership. more

Jacob was awesome 9/29/2010

Taken my Toyotas for repair a few times to Sport City's repair department. First experience with my 4Runner was awesome - they did the work cheaper than another mechanic had quoted and gave me a loaner to boot. My service associate, Jacob, was awesome. more

Extra Nice 9/24/2010

I got a call from the internet sales manager and he said he was ready to give me the 2010 Camry LE V4 Auto with tinted windows for $19,300. I also qualified for a $1000 student credit which brought the car price down to $18,300. On the phone I made sure there would be no changes if I got to the dealership that day. The guy was a completely different person that day, he was very professional, courteous and was extra nice. more
