Poor Quality and RUDE!!! 4/10/2011

I gave this place several chances to show me they could do better, and each time I went it just got worse! This kennel is located behind the owners house, and that creates the biggest problem--she spends all day at HOME and no where near the dogs! When I board my dogs, I do so because I want them to get some interaction and supervision. What I got was my two big dogs shut in a cage, that was too small for them, and left unattended ALL day, except for 2 quick potty breaks. more
