i have been a customer of Sparkling Pool Products for about 6 years. Initially, they were very good and responsive (pool troubleshooting, opening and closing pool, etc). over the past few years, there quality and service have begun to decline. Most recently, I had my concrete pool painted. In less than a year, the paint is peeling off and Tony and Ed have been unable to resolve a leak. I finally got a hold of Tony today and he just kept repeating that the paint job is not warranteed. Less than a year??
