I knew Sparkle and Shine had been around for a long time, so I chose them. They showed up on time. What they said they were going to do, they did. I had severe water damage, and they did everything that needed to be done within the promised time frame. I'm used to being jacked around. Sparkle and Shine didn't do that. more

Excellent Service 100% completely satisfied 1/14/2014

My rental property was left in total disarray by the evicted tenants. I was amazed that they were able to save my carpets. I was so sure that I would have to trash them and lay new. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that they could save them. The new tenants actually thought the carpet was new. Oh, they had no idea. I recommend them with no reservations. They can do what others can't or won't. more

I have used Sparkle and Shine Carpet Cleaning & Floors to clean my carpets and replace my linoleum floors. They are always available after hours to answer questions. I am always impressed with their timeliness and with how professional they are. Their customer service is great and they guarantee their work. I have recommended them in the past and will definitely continue to do so. more
