Dr. Pearson is very emotionless, compassionless, and extremely robotic. She never smiles and is not friendly towards the parents. My cat had dental issues Dr. Pearson ""missed"" on the first visit and had a dental cleaning and 2 extractions on second visit, but still had abscesses. Due to my cat's age, Dr. Pearson pretty much ignored my cat's dental complications and blamed it on TMJD. She even charged us for a full examination, even though we were constantly going back for the same dental issues and a full examination was not completed with each visit. Dr. Pearson prescribed my cat an ""off label"" NSAID that the FDA states should not be given to cats because it causes death via pancreatic attack. I did not know this until after the fact and my cat was on death's door with an acute pancreatic attack and allergic reaction to the medicine. Due to it being Friday, Dr. Pearson prescribed her a steroid, which made my cat much worse. I had to take my cat back to her Orlando veterinarian on Monday and then immediately to AVS for extensive treatment. more

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the services provided at Space Coast Veterinary Hospital. Every person in the staff is both friendly and professional, from reception to grooming to the kennel technician. Dr. Pearson is capable, thorough, and pleasant; most importantly, she takes her time with her patients. As an all-in-one stop for all my pets' needs, I was able to kennel both my dogs and have some procedures performed during their stay at very reasonable prices. \r The search for a quality veterinarian is over. I am comforted to know that my dogs will receive the finest care in an exemplary facility with exceptional personnel for the rest of their lives. Thank you for all that you do. I recently had to have my dog put down by another vet but on occasion took my dog in for boarding since my primary vet does not have boarding. When we get another pet, Dr. Pearson will definitely be our primary veterinarian. The whole staff is so caring and compassionate and idea of having an emergency office available is so comforting. It's about time Merritt Island has emergency services available for pets that have Dr. Pearson as their primary dr. I love the hours of operation also being open later than other offices and open so early for boarding drop-off etc.\r Will be using Dr. Pearson's services real soon hopefully when we are able to get another puppy. Looking so forward to hearing the pitter patter of 4 feet again. Pros: THUMBS UP more

The BEST doctor, clinic and staff EVER. Hands down. I am so pleased that I found this wonderful place. Dr. Pearson is so good at what she does, her staff is so good at what they do, everything is run efficiently and with great care for the animals and their parents. This is the only clinic I've ever been in that doesn't have even a trace of that horrid urine smell. It is clean and bright with wide open spaces and seperate waiting and exam rooms for dogs and cats, which makes my kitties very happy. :) I moved an hour away and still travel there because it is worth it. I tell everyone I know that this is the place to bring your best friends. Your paws are in good hands at Space Coast. Pros: All pros, no cons. more

She is the best. Ever. Very loving to her patients, and their families. I was extremely impressed with the care she and her staff gave when the time came to say good-bye to our sweet cocker spaniel, Bailey. She is wonderful. Dr. Pearson & her staff are very compassionate and caring individuals. They not only treat the family pet, They treat the family as a whole. Always available for questions you may have regarding the care of your pets. I have been with Dr. Pearson for six years. I wish more ""human"" doctors had the bedside mannerisms that she and her staff have. When you walk into her clinic, it is nicely decorated. You feel as if you are walking into her personal home.
