Installation of the spa took almost 5 months. When a problem occurred over a year later, was unable to get David Potter either by one of 4 phone numbers or his email (he would not return any contacts even though messages were left). I finally contacted a spa technician locally, who diagnosed the problem and when we conatcted Calspas directly for warranty information, were told that the way Potter installed the spa broke any warranty coverage on the spa
