I was very disappointed to come out of my massage, be sent to the "quiet" room, only to have a child playing around in the massage chair, talking and being a total distraction!! I...

Absolute Heaven 4/15/2011

My favorite time to go to Spa Gregorie's is midweek and in the morning. I pretty much have the place to myself, I get to sit in the massage chair and I got a massage from an Angel. I could not ask for anything more. more

Overpriced and Underwhelmed 4/15/2011

I moved to RSM a few months ago and decide to give Spa G a chance. I liked my haircut the first time but wasnt impressed with the price (70$) I have short hair and no color or styling needed so it seemed steep. I was going to shop around for another salon but then found this groupon and decided to go back since price was my real issue the first time. I asked for the same stylist(they knew I had a groupon) and she washed, cut, and blow dried my hair in less than thirty minutes. So less than thirty minutes from check in, cut, and paying, and I was out the door. I cant help but feel like I was a little rushed in and out just because of the groupon. And my haircut was just not that impressive, nor did she make suggestions or anything when I was there. Between the price and the "coupon induced" service, I dont think I will be going back. Front desk staff was very friendly though. more

Most Relaxing 4/13/2011

I love the ambiance of Spa Gregories in Rancho Santa Margarita. From the moment you enter the doors to the back, you are swept into an air of tranquility. The lights are dim, the furnishings lush, the sounds are soothing. The quiet room is the best! The alcoves offer comfort and privacy and I get relaxed and energized there. There is a nice offering of water with lemon and/or cucumber, hot tea, fresh fruit, and nuts. Rich ambiance continues into the treatment rooms which are decorated with nice paint, wall art, beautiful lighting, and of course warm, soft, massage tables. Over the years I've had several staff treat me and I've never had a problem with any of them. They are all very qualified, professional, and kind. I'm so thankful there are people like them here so that I can be renewed in order to tackle my busy life again. I highly recommend Spa Gregories to everyone. Even over Burke Williams. more

The good and the bad 4/11/2011

Good: Treatment with Courtney was very good.Highly recommend. Enjoyed the quiet room.Staff was very friendly and courteous. Bad: Mens locker room was very small. Went to use steam room and discovered it holds one person and is a combo shower. Floors were soaked. more

Massage 4/11/2011

I had a very enjoyable experience at Spa Gregories. As soon as you walk to the back it is a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing and makes you want to stay the entire day. My massage was also excellent and relaxing. Spa staff was very courteous, warm and welcoming. Thanks for a wonderful day! more

Facial massage was okay but the facility wasn't that great. It would be nice to have a jacuzzi and the shower was very weak for a spa. more

One of the best Deep Tissue massages! 4/11/2011

Received one of the best deep tissue massages I've had in a long time. It was great except that the table was not heated. Jumped into a cold table on a cold day! The therapist heated it up after the fact. more

Love coming to the RSM Spa Gregories. My massage was wonderful. My favorite part is the quiet room. I can read and relax for hours in there. I would highly recommend a service and some R and R there. :) more

Amy is the best! Always runs on time and is absolutely wonderful! It's a treat - she knows her products and makes great skin recommendations without going overboard. She is really great with teen skin problems and mom skin too. She has a lovely personality and makes it a very relaxing experience. more
