I ordered a spa cover from a local company about 10 miles from my house, what a nightmare! They were unfriendly, made me wait and wait to have the cover brought out to my pickup, I took it home to find out it was all wrong!! Then I went back and they gave me the run around about refunds. Top notch spa lid! 10/26/2009

This really is the best spa lid I have owned, this one is my 5th spa lid since we bought our tub in 1990. The others all took on water and broke. This one is slanted so the rain will run off and seems quite strong. I am entirely pleased with my new lid. It was delivered rather quick too. more

My spa cover arrived today on my front porch when I came back from dropping the kids off at school. The cover is definitely high quality and strong and I am happy with my purchased. I was a little disappointed it took 9 days to get here and the trucking company would not take the old cover. But, overall I would recommend. Cons: delivery took 9 days more

Their spa covers last! 10/8/2009

I bought my first spa cover from spa covers plus in 1999, it's still in good shape but faded from the sun. So, I called up and ordered a new one sometime last last month and just received it. I have to say the cover seems even more quality than the one I bought from them in 1999, 10 years ago! The service is still great. I will be ordering my next one in 10 more years. Love my new spa top! 10/7/2009

My last spa top got so heavy I couldn't open it anymore. I called in my order over the phone and it took less than 5 minutes. About 8 days later my spa top was delivered.
