Spa 415

A great experience...once again. This is my 3rd time going back to Spa 415 for a couples massage. I feel like I'm in another world when I go to this place. The decor is warm and elegant. It's so relaxed...we we're a bit late and still the owner and staff were very gracious...they made us feel so welcome. It's a great deal for the money...2 hours of pure bliss. Lounging in the private salon with champagne, chocolate cake and strawberries. After about 1 hour of chilling out, taking a bubble bath with champagne in hand, candles everywhere...we're given a great massage by two experienced therapist. What a great place...we will be back soon. more

When I booked my spa service, the lady was so nice and friendly. I got it for Valentine's Day so I expected to pay a little more. We tried to schedule a few times but no one answered. When we finally schedule it, we found out why. The owner doubles as the front desk but also does massages, so when she takes a client, no one is in front. more

All positive reviews must be fake. \r \r My story:\r I purchased a package from a marketing agent for SPA 415. The sales associate/marketing woman interrupted my lunch in Downtown Culver City to sell me the services. I attempted to make several reservations to no avail. I began to think this company and marketing agency was a scandal. However, SPA 415 exists and the owner is rude and does not honor my pre purchased services. However, Liza, the owner, validated that she works with the agency that sold me the package. She still decided not to honor the package. I am now going to take further actions to retrieve the money I spent. Spa 415 is a CON! Don't waste time and your money with them, as you will be getting stress! Oh, the irony. I also believe the various great ratings are fake. My belief is Liza paid some people for those reviews, which is so dishonest. And/or she is paying her workers to also comment. more

The positive reviews posted of this spa on yelp and google do not accurately reflect how terrible this company is. I purchased 2 package services, and they were not honored by the company. Though, Liza, the owner, recognized I purchased them and stated they are valid, she still refused to allow me to use them. She has been more stressful then anything else. Please save your self the headaches for something worthwhile. Spas are for relaxation. more

I can not believe all the flattery that this company is giving themselves all these positive reviews. I have been calling this company for a month to get an appointment based on a package promotion they have offered that needed cash paid immediately. They never returned any of the & calls to make an appt, they never returned any emails which they suggest you do because they may be with clients, and the phone is never answered. based on other reviews I have read the facility is small, no place to change clothes,it appears that the facility is in a little strip mall, and they are not that an attentive to the customers. I am so dissapointed that I gavwe them money, and me and other friends who purchased that promotional package are going to go and get our money back! more

So far, the lady who took my reservation was extremely sweet and assured me that everything would be perfect (contrary to the one-star review below!). I'm picky, but this place sounds promising! The staff is very personable and easy to talk to. They seem to truly care about their clients. I have had numerous services done here. From massages, faciials, to slimming treatments. Christian and Elma are great. They are truly experts and have good results with their treatments. The only downside to Spay 415 is that the spa is smaller than most. If there is someone in the room next to you, you would be able to hear the conversation. Otherwise, everything is perfect. They will remember you, treat you like a celebrity, and give you the perfect treatment. more

I love Electrotherapy. Since I have been coming to see Elma, I have lost 12 lbs and 11 inches of fat! My clothes fit me again and I am much stronger. I can't believe how well the treatment works. Everyone should do this. more

My boyfriend and I have been to many high end spas/resorts to have couples massage packages, but for our aniversary we decided to try something new. Now I can say I am so glad we did. This small beautiful boutique like spa was so quite and relaxing. The friendly staff gave us plenty of privacy and I never felt rushed. I'm a convert! I used to be that person that could eat everything and never gain a pound until I turned 30. I live an extremely busy life and spend many hours in the office sitting at a computer. It took me some time to realize that I was 20 lbs heavier than I had ever been. I became embarrassed to show too much skin because of the fat and cellulite that accumulated on my legs, stomach and arms. So I started seeking diets and exercise routines that would help me get back to the body I used to have. I tried yoga, spin classes and even traditional gym workouts, but still did not see dramatic results. I wanted an alternative weight loss method that I could see immediate results and that would also fit into my busy life schedule. I was visiting SPA 415 for a facial and saw a brochure for ELECTROTHERAPY. I was immediately intrigued and wanted to try it out. Since starting ELECTROTHERAPY sessions, I have now lost 12 lbs and all my friends are noticing the difference and complimenting me on looking great. My jeans that were too small fit perfect and I'm starting to wear shorts again. I even have my flat stomach back and have not had to do a single sit-up. I absolutely love ELECTROTHERAPY and can't see life without it now. I have a goal to lose another 5 lbs and feel confident I can do it as long as I continue my ELECTROTHERAPY sessions. I even got my boyfriend doing it. We have couples ELECTROTHERAPY and after losing 14 lbs himself, he is totally in love with it too.
