Good price- Fast service 1/26/2007

We have been with my husband twice to this restaurant and we really like their prices. We believe they have a variety of dishes. I had a good experience with the Nigiri Sushi, really liked it. We thought the service was really fast the first time. The second time, they took a while to bring the menu. It is a really busy place. It's a kid friendly restaurant. I would definitely recommend improving a little bit the atmosphere. Pros: Good prices Cons: Sometimes slow service more

Worst Customer Service 10/3/2006

I used to go to this restaurant all the time because the price is very reasonable for a Japanese restaurant and the food is okay. The staff is generally okay but I recently had a very bad experience there with two of my friends. I ordered the Nabeyaki Udon and a California roll and both of my friends ordered the C-3 Lunch special which was a Chicken Teriyaki and California Rolls bento box. First of all, they only brought out one C-3 order and one of my friends had to wait to get hers and by the time it came, we were almost already done with lunch. Our bill automatically popped up on table and we all paid it and sat there finishing our tea. I don't know who this one lady was but I think she may be a supervisor or manager but she kept looking at us like "Get out now that you've paid". To irritate her, we stayed a little longer than we wanted to since she was literally giving us dirty looks and silently telling us to get the hell out by passing by our table and huffing and puffing. It finally got to the point that she actually moved another table that was next to our table and attached it to our table. We had already put tip on the table but at that point, but we all took our tip back and walked out of the restaurant. I'll never go back there again. Customer's do not deserve that type of service. She should be happy to have our business and that we were regular customers. This same lady has always been somewhat rude and we've kind of brush it aside but this last time was it for me. They don't deserve my business and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone so please don't go there! Pros: Cheap and Fast Cons: Rude Service, Wrong Orders, Noisy more

Great Food! 8/13/2005

They place a lot more on presentation than most places I have been, the Maguro Sashimi was GORGEOUS (and delicous), my Dragon roll had edible eyes and horns! Definitely an A+ for presentation AND taste. The service was just ok, it could have been a little better and more friendly. Pros: Food, Atmosphere Cons: Service more

Worst Japanese Restaurant I have ever been to. 3/8/2005

The hustle and bustle of the lunch-hour-crowd and the waitresses running around frantically bussing tables made me feel like I was in a crowded mall food court, fighting to find a table. We asked for a booth which they denied us so we were sat next to the kitchen and bathrooms. The food was awful. The tempura seemed oily and not cooked. The powdery taste of the batter was still present in the shrimp and the vegetables were still hard. The Udon was lacking flavor and it didnt get any better with salt. The California Rolls were average. The best thing during our lunch meal was the slice of orange used as ornamentation. The service was horrible! Not once did the waitress approach us to ask how we were doing. The only way to get their attention was to catch them as they ran back and forth from the kitchen. Cons: crowded, bad service, bad food more
