Southwest Fireplace was extremely helpful when I was having issues with the fireplace that was in our house when we bought it. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Everyone was very helpful from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them. more

My gas fireplace stopped working. It hadn't been tuned up for a number of years and SW Fireplace suggested a $308 service package that included cleaning, necessary adjustments, and labor to replace any defective parts. Roy, the tech, showed up at the beginning of the 3-hour appointment window I was given and replaced the defective gas valve and a weak pilot light assembly. He cleaned all the glass and the unit works and looks great. I highly recommend SW Fireplace. more

I reached out to Southwest Fireplace in the search of a fireplace company that would provide good customer service & repair on a Heat-n-Glo fireplace insert that had been installed by another company. I am happy to report that this is exactly what I received from Southwest Fireplace. First, I spoke to Debbie from customer service and she was fantastic, very personable, knowledgeable on their company, provided me with service options, and answered all of my questions. Second, was their service technician, Roy! Roy has been in the industry for years and you could tell. He diagnosed our issue, repaired it, answered our many questions, and even trained me on how to use the remote control that came with it (the original installing competitor did not)! I am super happy that I switched to Southwest Fireplace for all of my fireplace needs!!! more

We purchased a grill in 2006 and both times it stopped working (due to minor glitches over the years) the folks at Southwest were always so professional and service was immediate. Last week it gave out again. Debbie I. was wonderful and was able to get us quotes on a new grill right away. She was extremely professional and personable! The good news was that after 11 years our friend was able to fix it with a quick clean! I would highly recommend these people....work with Debbie if you can! more

We live in the Western Suburbs. My mother had gone to SW fireplace many years ago and encouraged me to visit their store in Palos Park. The products and services were excellent. My salesperson was Shawn Dye. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make our project a success. Not only did he provide guidance on the fireplace insert he was selling me but also helped me navigate our whole project including the removal of masonry firebrick and the installation of new tile surround and fireplace mantel. He also made sure the installation was of highest quality. The scheduling and installation process was simple. more

We are interested in a flat black glass fire place double door with vents on the bottom... The measurements are 42 wide x 27 high... Could you let us know if you can help us??? We almost purchased a door from a store in New Lenox and the Polish gentleman came to install it finally... the owner waited a very long time to get the product... months.. the Polish man said that the owner had sent him with a broken ... returned item and he knew we would not want to keep it.. My husband and I were VERY MAD.. . We had him return it.. The Polish man told us to do business with you.. and he would be able to install it with you also.. He told us that he works for you also..
