My 2-yr old was dis-enrolled from SWCC because I made constant inquiries regarding their policies for biting. All I was told was that it was perfectly normal for this age and unavoidable. I was not buying that. My child was bit 7 times in a month. With the new school I enrolled her in though, she is also learning more, putting her sentences together better and doesn't beg to go home. She is cleaner, doesn't try to eat her food as fast as possible and isn't tired all the time. Overall, I would just suggest to prospective parents that they thoroughly research this center...accreditation or not - I believe they've let this and the 'stars' go to their heads. It's very difficult and frustrating to communicate with management that tells you that you know nothing... Thanks for ""listening"" and Please, above all else, take my advise!
