Will not recommend to anyone. I feel the method used does not extract the dirt orm odors.

Bobby and Kevin were awesome! My carpets look and smell great despite some pet stains that were in the house! They were straightforward with the estimate and were on time. 2/20/2014

They could not hurry enough. Carpets and sofe still dirty. Dog odor still present. Would not recommend. VERY EXPENSIVE! 2/11/2014

Excellent ++++ 7/15/2013

Had a crew come out to clean two area rugs for me. These guys were awesome. Answered all my questions, were customer focused and made my rugs look new. I will definitely recommend and use Chem dry in the future. I have pretty high standards for being happy with service any more. These guys exceed my expectations. more

I have had James perform my carpet and upholstery cleaning at least 3 times now (over several years). This time I wanted to take the time to acknowledge how thorough, polite and respectful he is. We have two large dogs and a cat, so our cleaning is no easy task! But he always gets out any spots, and makes everything fresh and smell good again. Thanks, James! Leslie Carl more

I knew from my first phone inquiry that the people at Chem-Dry would take great care with my stained oriental rug. Keith was wonderfully helpful, fully explaining the cleaning process,and working diligently but gently with my valuable area rug. Better than new 2/11/2012

Keith evaluated my white leather sofa and said he wasn't sure if the ink stains would come off. I asked him to proceed cleaning because the sofa was dirty. When Keith was done, and I was checking the sofa, I noticed no stains, ink or otherwise. My sofa looked better than new. Next time I need a sofa cleaned I will use them and Keith again. more

Excellent job and very high rating on professionalism. 2/3/2012

I was thinking of getting my carpets replaced as they were so dirty. To me, this is a miracle that the boys were able to get the carpets so clean, and actually looking new. They were so very kind and professional. The rugs were vacumned , cleaned and then vacumned again. I was so very impressed. The rugs dried in 2 hours and the stained were removed. I would use this company again and again. Thanks boys, great job, to Chad and James. more

Chad and James introduced themselves and told us what they were going to do. We had some pretty tuff stains on our light colored Burba carpeting - they got them all out. They even made sure our cat didn't get out when the door was opened. We are very satisfied customers and will definetly have them again. Thanks, guys! more
