Southest Professional Title

Major address error on the warranty deed....and, after 3 months and 1 week, we are still waiting for the deed which was mailed to the title company from the comptroller's office. (Apparently it has to be ""reviewed"" by the title company.) NOT happy with this service. more

We bought our house using this title company almost 2 years ago. We are still dealing with their unprofessionalism and lack of organization and have yet to resolve our issues. The biggest issue we've had with them is that they never told us about our 2nd, yes 2nd, HOA they we were supposed to have been paying...or the fact that this same HOA payment was delinquent upon purchasing the house (over a year of not being paid before the house was even ours!!). They will not pay the late fees even though it is completely their fault none of this has been paid. We are still currently getting charged late fees b/c we can't pay our quarterly portion until they pay their delinquent portions from years ago. This is thousands of dollars we now owe. Do not use this company. You will regret it. more
