Southern Chrysler Plymouth Dodge Jeep

Took my Neon in to have the head gasket replaced because it was leaking -- no other problems with the way the car ran. More than a week later, they call to say it's ready but that they had to buy me a new tire because they set the car down on one of mine. When I get there to pick the car up, they mention that they also had to seal the transmission because it was leaking (it hadn't been, but has since they "sealed it") -- they never checked with me prior to doing this. Car smoked & had no power, so I took it back. They called later (could use a few lessons in tact!) & said it was just the "new" burning off the new parts, or that it was smoking when I took it in (it wasn't). Have had nothing but trouble with the car since they worked on it. A VERY expensive waste of money on my part. Will never set foot on that lot again. more

About a year ago we bought a car from Southern Chrysler and Dodge. We had called on a few cars and had talked with Monte. He was very nice and professional with my wife. She told him that we didn't want to be pushed and to just let us look when we got there. As soon as we pulled up some of the other sales men were jumping right on us but we asked for Monte since we had talked with him earlier. We decided to buy a car from them and I am satisfied with it, I just wish now that I would have gotten a truck. more

I went there the other day with my boyfriend and I have to say that they have the best service ever. The guy who helped us in the Used Truck area did everything he could to find a truck that would fit him. He took us all over that place and even to the new cars because he thought that some of the notes would fit his price range. The people there were very nice and helpful. He ended up finding a couple that would fit his price range and he did everything he would to get him financed. I would recommend this dealer. The staff there is just great. more
