You guys are the best in the area. Been coming for years and you always do a great job and have recommended people to go to Southend Auto care. You never sell me any service that is not needed. You are quick to respond to emergency needs. more

We have been with Southend Auto Care for years, and one of the things I really appreciate about them is that they have always treated my wife well. When she takes the car in, they are always courteous, and they don't try to sell her things she doesn't need. The service manager always listens to me about what is going on with the vehicle, and he stays in touch with me if there are any changes while they are working. When they are done with the work, I am always pleasantly surprised that they wash and vacuum the car when they are finished. I have told many people about the kind of service we receive from them. After they do work, the owner, Mark, calls me within a few days to see how the car is doing. I was pretty dazzled by something that happened a couple of weeks ago. After Southend Auto Care did the work, I got the usual call from Mark. Then, a few days later, I actually received a handwritten card thanking me for coming in. I have never got that kind of service from any other auto place. more

I think Southend Auto Care is good. The only thing was that we had some miscommunication about my engine light being on. I thought they were going to look at it while I had it there, but I had to bring it back and they hooked it up and took a look at it then. It was just some miscommunication. Other than that, I have gone to them back when they used to be in a different location. I've known Mark and his team since I first called them up for an oil change. I like their rewards program. I think that it's really good to have. I gave a reward to my friend to use, and I'll get a little extra reward for giving to her. It's worth it, and it's good. Southend Auto Care takes care of both of my cars. They are caring and extremely responsive. Whatever they quote me, that's what they charge me. You could take your cars to other shops, and they could find a bajillion things wrong and they could charge you for that too, but Southend Auto is just not like that. I would say that I trust them, I really really trust them. This is a place where the owner calls to make sure that everything's still running fine for you after a few weeks of being there. Honestly, you couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people. more

For over twenty years, we've only trusted our cars to Southend Auto Care. They always call us back quickly, and even call after they've done the service to find out how everything is working. Southend Auto Care has done a lot of repairs for me. I have a 20 year old car, and they are really good about advising me regarding what needs to be fixed and what is a priority. A car that old has a lot that needs to be repaired, and they are good about it. They also are good about trying to help me save on cost. If there are a couple of repairs and they are going in to do one thing, they will also do the other repairs at the same time to save me money. They also don't scare me about all the stuff I have to get done. They are really straightforward and honest about repairs. They don't sell me stuff I don't need. I have been using them for maybe 5 or 6 years. They are very conscientious people. They are very willing to give you feedback, guidance, and help about your car. They don't steer you wrong. more

Southend Auto Care seems to be very knowledgeable. Any time I have had a problem they have tried to fix it. I currently have a problem with shifting in my 2008 van, and Southend Auto Care is checking to see if it is under warranty or what can be done about it. Basically, I have my oil changed there, and I had a Crown Vic that I took to them with any type of problem. They have always been accommodating, and they are Christian. They are honest and always take the time to explain what the problem is and how it can be solved. The quality is excellent. If you don't have a mechanic yet, see them. more

I have been using South End Auto Care for close to 9 years now. I have had them perform major repairs, including my AC and brakes, as well as maintenance. They fix what you ask them to fix, and they fix it correctly. They do not do extra or unnecessary repairs, and they follow up on any problems. They are also very nice and personable. more

I just think they are very honesty and they do a good job with my cars. I have been going to Southend Auto Care for close to ten years and they have been fantastic. They are personable, and they always have our cars fixed when we need them to be fixed. They have been very understanding of budget constraints and they have guided us toward making the most necessary repairs, while leaving other things for later. They also have a shuttle service, which makes it easy for me because I work near by. And, Mark is fantastic. more

I have really appreciated the personal care that Southend Auto Care has taken of me. I feel like they personally attend to my needs. I also appreciate how they have kept track of things and suggested things that might have been overlooked. They have reminded me of those things so that I would be able to decide about them. They have never done anything without my permission. They always check and let me know of possible needs or services. I really appreciate that. I have used them for probably 7 or 8 years. The quality of work seems very good; I have never had any complaints. I have been going to Southend Auto Care for years. My dad was a mechanic and he told me long ago that the first thing you must do is find a good mechanic. I was referred to Mark from a friend and I felt right away that I could trust him. He is very thorough. He keeps my car until he figures out what is wrong. And, I trust him. I have been working with Southend Auto Care for many years. I trust them. They have always kept my cars running well and I believe they are honest. I have always driven older cars and I was salesperson, so my instructions were to keep the car running, and they have mostly performed preventative maintenance for me. I have used South End Auto Care for approximately 6 to 7 years, and I am very pleased with them. I did have one bad experience, but they took care of that for me. It is one of those things that just happen sometimes when dealing with mechanical parts, but they resolved it comfortably for my situation and their situation. I have been back there ever since and would recommend them highly. South End Auto stands behind their service all the way. They are good at what they do and are very fair. If something comes up, like a bad part, they will take care of it immediately. They will work with you to get it corrected. more

South End Auto Care seems to know how to evaluate what I need, and they don't try to over sell. I have known Mark for awhile, and I have never been dissatisfied. That is why I advise people to go there. I had a friend get his oil changed there, and he liked their service. I have been going to South End Auto Care for 10 to 15 years, from their old site to the new site. I like their attitude and the people who work there. They had good service and will drop me off and pick me up if I need to leave my car. It is fairly priced. It is not the most expensive or the least expensive. more
