They sent out the most knowledgeable person to do the repair. The service man came out 1hr from when I called which was cool because I can't take off another day off off work. The guy diagnosed the problem and repaired it right away and then smiled and saved the us money by looking at the microwave just because we said it wasn't heating up It needed a part called a diode. I was curious how this was gonna be done without damage. Well it was done and without damage, they had special equipment that lifted and moved the heavy equipment around. Pretty cool. Needed the help We knew there was a problem with our ac unit and every year we called the same company. They always charged us s fortune to refill freon in our system. Costs us hundreds a year. But people were quoting thousands to replace. Called Myrepairs and they came out the technician was a little guy and he told us that he could find the leak seal it and recharge it and that would be the end of it. He gave us a price and it was cheaper than the adding freon price and a heck of a lot cheaper than the replacement price. We said go for it. 1 hour later he said he found the leak it was in the evaporator in our attic and he welded it and recharged the unit. We are ready to go for the summer.
