My experience here was 3 stars, meaning not great, but not bad either. They had the car I wanted at a really good price. Was promised "the best price withing 125 miles" and it was accurate. Sales staff was pushy enough to close the deal, but not obnoxious. I appreciated that they didn't try to "upsell" me to a different vehicle. The sale included a couple of minor repairs, and those were completed quickly and I was kept "in the loop" about the status of parts as they came in. That being said, I'd call this a "no frills" used car sale. I felt a little resistance when I noted repairs that needed to be done on the car before I would commit to buying (although they did agree to 2 repairs mentioned above that related to the safe operation of the vehicle). Sales staff seemed exasperated when I asked to see a list of maintenance done on the car. They read me a list of things they had done, but I would have appreciated seeing a printed report on the status of the brakes, air filters, etc so that I could think ahead to those maintenance tasks. 5 days after buying the car, I went to a locksmith to try and find out why the passenger door was not accepting a key. Tuns out there was a key broken off inside the lock. The dealer either did not notice this problem in safety inspection or did know and sold the car anyway. The lock on the back hatch also has to be rebuilt because it does not unlock with the key. The dealer declined my multiple requests to look into that issue before I bought the car, insisting that it was fine because it unlocks with power locks. Bottom line: You will likely get a very good price here, but don't expect them to volunteer information. As with any used car sale, you should do a close inspection (or your own maintenance check) to be sure you are getting good deal.
