I have lived here for over a year now. While the location is incredible (next to Alameda beach, a park, and shopping) the shoddy construction, the noise and cigarette smoke from other balconies is quite disturbing. The stench from my downstairs chain smoking neighbor has gotten so bad, I can't even have my windows open. Keep in mind I have a one bedroom apartment, and the unit has only 1 window and 1 screen door...no air conditioning. My allergies (to cigarette smoke and cancer in general) are making me so sick I'm in the process of terminating my lease.
Pros: Location, safe parking
Cons: Cigarette smoke, noise, privacy, lack of air conditioning
