Great atmosphere, great service! 11/22/2010

The front staff were very clear about what I need to do, all the while very sweet and kind. The back staff were very kind, overall. Vocab I did not understand was explained to me and they were sensitive to my mouth's needs. Great atmosphere, great service! more

this place is as good as it gets. had to call them in the middle of the night. treatment was exceptional. everybody is very friendly, caring and highly knowledgeable. good prices and service. highly recommend this place more

I'm referring everyone I know!!! 11/15/2010

I got some work done at SPD and I must say I am very happy with the work they did...I live in Anaheim and a couple of friends referred me to their office because they said they are very professional and helpful (which they are)...so it was worth the trip...I went in for an emergency...they saw me that day and took REAL good care of me...I'm very please with how professional Dr. Alexander was...he made sure I was very comfortable because I was very nervous and in pain...he even called me the next day to see how I was... Thanks SPD...I'm referring everyone I know!!! Reading the reviews below...don't understand what their talking about because I felt more comfortable there then I do at the doctors...everyone there was really nice and professional especially Dr. Alexander...I know a couple of people who go there also and never have anything bad to say about SPD...they all referred me!!! more

Wonderful first experience 11/9/2010

Okay, so a great trip to SP had a little freak accident and needed a dentist. Didn't want to confront my tooth needs but my sister made me. =/ So we went to South Pasadena Dental. They were very helpful and PATIENT! Wonderful first experience. The dentist, Dr. ?, was informative and very friendly. more

So I look up all of these review, and start wondering if I have been conned. So I go for three different opinions, for which I had to pay and all of them are much higher and by far more aggressive then the treatment recommended by Dr. Alexander. My implants are in place and I was able to leave the country on business. Dr. Alexander made himself available via cell phone, I do not know what to say the best experience in a dental chair. Personal recommendation, if you have a problem, call them up and settle it, you will get by far more satisfaction. This office provided me with great service and treatment. more

Then I was directed to another dentist for my cleaning which was thorough and maticulous. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive, and considerate of my privacy. I highly recommend this office for all dental and orthodontic requirements. more
