Bob Gift and his Diamond Auto Warranties are nothing but a scam. I purchased a vehicle and warranty(that was requires for financing) totaling almost $13,000. The same week of purchase SEVERAL things began to go wrong. I had the vehicle back to Bob and his mechanics approx. 3 times. I was then sent to a buddy of his. Then, I was sent to his brother-in-law. I had to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket, the warranty covered nothing(even though its stated in the $1,550 warranty that these components are covered)and a couple months later when the transmission went, the warranty again said I had to pay out of my pocket first to have the tranny torn apart(approx. $700), and they'd then determine if they'd cover it. Mr.Gift strongly advised me to again take it to yet another of his buddies to have this done and then he'd talk to Diamond and try to get them to cover it.....stating how much business he does with them and that they won't want to lose his business............................LONG STORY SHORT......the car still isn't fixed, I could have bought a new car for what is invested in this one, and Mr.Gift and his accomplices are laughing all the way to the bank.
