Over the past year the service experience at Gilroy Hyundai has gone from outstanding to very poor. What has happened to cause this drastic downturn? Just to focus on this last visit, I came into your service center, with an appointment, to have the "Oil Change Plus" package performed. I informed the service manager that the "Low Window Washer Fluid" censer was not working and that the rear view camera was not aligned properly. She later informed me that my breaks needed to be replaced and that it would be $150 to fix the washer censer. I asked if the censer could be disconnected and of course the answer was "No"! I then asked if my extended warranty would apply and she said, "only if you purchased it at this dealership". In fact we did purchase the extended warranty when we bought our Sonata at this dealership but she never bothered to check. Finally, the service dept never even attempted to fix the rear view camera. After 4 previous visits this year with with similar results, it is time to say "Goodbye" to an old friend.
