    The mission of South Central Human Relations Center is to provide professional, comprehensive mental health services to individuals and our communities. To this end, we offer community-based programs, treatment for dual diagnosis, supportive housing, outpatient therapy, residential programs and pharmacy services through Genoa Healthcare.

    Insurance, Medical Assistance, Medicare and other forms of third-party payments are accepted for most services. Residents of Dodge, Steele and Waseca Counties are eligible for fee adjustments based on an individual's ability to pay when no other third-party option is available.
