Disagree, I dropped my car off to them at 10:30 on 5/5/06 and didn't get my car until 3:20 am on 5/6/06, the manager told me that my car would be ready by closing of the mall which is 9:30 pm. They ruined my car and I can never catch the manager so they can fix it, I am taking them to small claims court. Service stinks, and if you are a woman they do not listen to you, they look at you like you don't know what you are talking about. They broke my radio while installing it and I haven't heard from them because I was told the manager is having family problems. OK-- not my problem, I paid them over 1,150.00 to put music in my car, it sounds good but my door clips are broken and I haven't heard from them to replace the radio that i paid for. I give them an extreme low,low rating. I am not going to rest until services are rendered. more

soundwaves specializes in high performance sound and equipment that cnt be found at the local electronics stores. although the selection is minimal, the product quality is great. they carry only the good stuff which means that it costs more. but if you are one of those guys that wants a thumping bass system or powerful amp this is the place to shop, more
