I went in there, and like many people, I am on a budget. The minute the guy detected I did not want to spend a million buck with them, he rushed me along, and did not treat me the way I feel I should. Just very poor approach, and I hear I am not the only one. Today's small fry might be a big hitter down the road. Your loss, as I will not return. Pros: location is close by Cons: they want you to buy only super high end, or nothing more

Unfriendly and expensive 6/4/2010

This store thrives simply because they don't have any competition in the area. Many of the employees are rude and seem to have an attitude. Their prices are very high. I would love to see a Best Buy come to town, not only for great selection, service, and prices, but also to see The Sound Resort employees finally get off their high horses and actually try to be friendly and help customers. Very Overpriced, and rood 12/12/2009

I was in there, and I found that it was very costly to buy a tv there, about $100 more vs. other retailers in the area, and they were not willing to work with me on price. I found them to be rood, and would not go back there. Pros: local to area Cons: they are very costly for this economy more
